Backfence.com - What Happened?

Backfence.com launched in trial markets as a hyper-local content site, poised to revolutionize local media in North America. But this week it announced it's shutting down. What happened? PBS MediaShift asked Backfence co-founder Mark Potts to give a post mortem.
