Lowdown on Loudoun: Hyper-Local For Upper Crusts

From Online Media Daily - LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA IS PROBABLY best-known in the Internet world as the home of AOL. As of Monday, it is also the home of Washington Post Newsweek Interactive's "experiment" in hyper-local Web publishing--LoudounExtra.com.
